Customized Care
When our residents need a little extra help, we can assist with the basics of daily living. These services are provided in the privacy and comfort of our residents’ own apartment home.
Residents can choose the type of care they want and need, such as:
- Life enrichment and community activities
- Coordination of care with various health-related entities
- Medication management
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, escorting, safety checks, etc.
- Dining Services (three meals a day, including a snack program)
- Transportation
- Housekeeping and Laundry services
Our communities offer 24/7 care every day of the year.
Life Enrichment and Community Activities
Our residents thrive when they have an active and engaged lifestyle that promotes connections to other residents, family, friends, and the community!
Each of our communities has an Activity Specialist who oversees a jam-packed activities calendar! Activities are driven by the interests and needs of our residents. We want our residents to be as busy as they want to be.
Activities frequently change but here are some examples: silver sneakers walking club, chair yoga, musical guests and concerts, holiday celebrations, giant crosswords, ice cream socials, game nights, skits, birthday and anniversary parties, movie nights, bingo, TED talks and documentary viewings, pet parades, carnival night, chess and checker competitions, religious services, and theme dinners are just a few activities that might go on in any given week.
Dining
Our beautiful dining rooms are open and airy, yet intimate and comfortable, providing residents with three nutritious meals daily. We have daily specials, but residents are offered a variety of menu items from which they may choose.
Our Executive Chefs at Silver Sky and Deer Springs love to create fresh and flavorful meals. Our residents enjoy a variety a meals, choice, and managed nutrition. Our menus contain seasonal offerings and are reviewed by a Registered Dietitian to ensure that meals contain the right balance of nutrients to maintain health.
Guests and family are always welcome to dine with our residents.
Transportation
We provide scheduled transportation for shopping trips, organized social and recreational activities, and medical and dental appointments.
Communication
All our apartments are connected to an emergency communication system, allowing residents to reach our staff in case of an emergency 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We are very proud to offer almost all services and property amenities at a single, affordable monthly rate. The only out-of-pocket expense would be for services at our hair salon.
